History of success
ATPM has a proven track record of increases in park revenue, occupancy and yield per site; professional service standards, award winning cabin design and facilities for Local Government and Semi Government bodies on the east coast of Australia.
The resources available to our company are diverse and as such we are better able to analyse the tourist park business, attend industry training, conferences and network with many other operators. Currently ATPM leases and manages tourist parks throughout QLD, VIC and NSW, however we are looking to expand into other areas of Australia & New Zealand in the near future.
ATPM are seeking top quality managers to be ready to take on the management of new parks in the future and assist us as part of our team in continuing to achieve our objectives including the fulfillment of our mission statement.
To uphold our exceptional standards in all facets of tourist park management, we seek managers who are dynamic, enthusiastic, show initiative and have that special something to make their park unique, as well as consistently ensuring that customers have the best experience possible and keep returning year after year.
Our People
We grow our business through the efforts of our talented and forward thinking people who possess a passion for customer service. We draw on the expertise, dedication and commitment of our staff and contractors, and strive for continuous improvement of quality, practices and systems. We seek management teams who display commitment to our values and will always deliver the best possible customer service to ensure our guests have enjoyable and memorable holiday experiences at our parks.
Training
We provide an induction to our company background, structure, mission and strategy so that new managers can identify with our culture and learn about the Support Team that will assist them. Additionally, new managers spend 5-7 days participating in park management training at our dedicated Training Park. ATPM holds an annual conference on the Gold Coast where seminars on such areas as OH&S, RMS & Marketing provide invaluable information to assist managers in successfully running their parks.
Support Office
We offer the framework of our Support office, and advice where required as part of the overall management package, which includes established plans and practices for occupational health and safety, marketing, landscaping, waste management, security & cleaning. Our managers also have access to IT support and our Operations team consisting of Regional Managers and our Operations Coordinator who are always available for advice & guidance.
Career Path
ATPM can establish a career path in the industry for outstanding management teams, and some of our exceptional existing park managers have moved into the role of Regional Manager. Furthermore, there is potential to transfer to other parks within our geographic spread when opportunities become available.
Competitive contract
ATPM has an attractive and competitive contract which rewards high performers. The package includes a performance incentive bonus and the opportunity to earn additional income through other commercial ventures such as kiosk sales, tour desk and equipment hire. We have developed our management contracts over the past 12 years to suit the special needs and obligations of the tourist park industry as well as providing an attractive package to the management team which rewards high performance in the park.
Best practice
The ATPM culture is based on quality and best practice which ensures that our managed parks are at the top of their game in service, cleanliness & innovation. Our policy, procedure and operational manuals are in place to ensure a consistent and dedicated approach to customer service, ensure compliance with legislation and codes of practice, while providing established boundaries for our managers to work within to effectively manage their park.
