WHAT ARE THE TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ATPM PARK MANAGER?
Running an ATPM park is a lot like running your own business. Apart from being responsible for managing the front and back office which requires strong administrative & organisational skills and a high level of computer literacy, management teams are also responsible for such aspects of the park as occupational health & safety, amenity and cabin cleaning, grounds maintenance, landscaping, waste management, security, marketing, purchasing and the recruitment, training and management of all staff on the park including processing their payroll.
OUR MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS
ATPM engages park managers as contractors rather than employees. Management teams are required to purchase a certain amount of plant and equipment to maintain the park, as well as possess the financial capacity to cover staff wages until their first contract payment.
