ATPM as a company has been proudly delivering services to the caravan park industry for the last 15 years. With the development of our Business Plan came strategies and actions around the impact the company has on the community and environment.
As part of this process ATPM will be working even closer with the communities we work and live in and will also assist the various charities that support the needy. This initiative has been coined the ATPM “Good Corporate Citizen Charter.”
There are so many ways to act responsibly and be a good corporate citizen but this charter will concentrate on tangible benefits that ATPM as a Group can contribute.
All managers and staff of ATPM contributed to define the charter. A survey was undertaken with the Top 10 collective preferences used to develop the framework of the charter that was ultimately adopted by the ATPM Board.
The top seven charities voted by everyone are listed below:
1. Sponsoring under privileged children from rural areas to stay at our parks.
2. Cancer Research.
3. Pink Ribbon Day.
4. Make a Wish Foundation.
5. Guide Dogs.
6. Surf Life Saving.
7. Children Charities.
The Board has appointed Nicole Walker, of Central Coast Holiday Parks, as the Co-ordinator and Alicia Tilton as the Support Liaison Officer of the Charter. Nicole and Alicia, along with the support and involvement of all managers and staff of ATPM Parks will endeavour to assist these charities through raising money, providing support and creating awareness.
